How these estimates are set
Default hours come from AVA's observations across hundreds of client placements. They're intentionally conservative - real usage often runs higher. For example, inbox management for a founder with a busy client roster can easily exceed 8 hours per week; we default to 5.
"Hours per month" uses 4.33 weeks. "Work weeks per year" divides annual hours by 40 (a standard 40-hour work week). You can edit any task's hours directly to match your situation.

The defaults are conservative estimates based on AVA's experience placing VAs across hundreds of clients. Email triage for a busy inbox can run 5-10 hours per week; we default to 5 to avoid overstating. Adjust any task using the number input next to it to match your actual situation.
Can a VA really handle all of these tasks?
